Phlebotomy


The candidate should have at least one year of phlebotomy experience performing both venipuncture and dermal punctures, or successful completion of a training program within three years. 


Candidates should be able to submit a copy of their Phlebotomy Technician diploma or certificate of completion. 


 Candidates with experience will have employers fill out a verification form with proof of clinical hours.


Exam is required


EXPERIENCE

Must have experience working as an Phlebotomy Technician or equivalent.


EDUCATION            

Phlebotomy Training or Equivalent

  3. Patient care
  4. Infection Control
  5. Phlebotomy Supplies  
  6. Phlebotomy Procedures and Practices

 

How NBHP Exam Registration Works:


STEP 1. Pay for your  exam  (click below)

STEP 2. Fill out the registration form and return to

 cert@nationalbhp.com

with ID Government Issued ID


Exam Application:  https://nationalbhp.com/application-for-exam


You will hear from us in 2-3 business days for approval of test and confirmation. If you are not approved, your money will be refunded.


All those who are Eligible must submit proper documentation.

Candidates will receive their National Certifications in the mail within 2 weeks upon successful completion of national exam.
