Certification Renewals and Reinstatement
Renewals:
- Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
- To renew your certification, you must:
- Submit a renewal application before your certification expires.
- 10 Continuing Education (CEU) Credits – Completed within your current certification period. A valid CPR certification card may be submitted for 5 CEUs.
- Pay the renewal fee of $115.00.
- Provide proof of continuing education or work experience
(Employer Verification Form)
- Once approved, you will receive a new digital certificate
Reinstatement:
- If your certification has expired, you may apply for reinstatement within 6 months of the expiration date.
- To reinstate, you must:
- Submit the reinstatement application.
- Pay the reinstatement fee of $200.00.
- Complete any required continuing education or refresher training.
- Certifications expired more than 6 months will require retaking the certification exam
