Renewals & Reinstatments

Renewals:

• Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
   
• To renew your certification, you must:
   
  • Submit a renewal application before your certification expires.
  • 10 Continuing Education (CEU) Credits – Completed within your current certification period. A valid CPR certification card may be submitted for 5 CEUs.
     
  • Pay the renewal fee of $115.00.
     
  • Provide proof of continuing education or work experience

 (Employer Verification Form)

• Copy of Current CPR Card

• Once approved, you will receive a new digital certificate

Reinstatement:

• If your certification has expired, you may apply for reinstatement within 6 months of the expiration date.
   
• To reinstate, you must:
   
  • Submit the reinstatement application.
     
  • Pay the reinstatement fee of $200.00.
     
  • Complete any required continuing education or refresher training.
     
• Certifications expired more than 6 months will require retaking the certification exam
