Become a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor

Requirements:  At least two years' work with documented experience in performing phlebotomy and one year formal - both lectures and clinical skills - phlebotomy teaching experience. No written exam is required. Proof of graduation from a training program and a detailed syllabus or course outline is required. Instructors must be phlebotomy certified LPN, RN, or healthcare professional.
