1. Phlebotomy Certification Fee: $115.00

2. Patient Care Technician Fee: $115.00

4. EKG Technician Fee: $115.00

6.Medical Office Assistant: $115.00

5. Phlebotomy  Instructor Fee: $150.00 

Candidates will receive their  National Certifications  in the mail within 1-2  weeks upon successful completion of national exam.
